Development Nous was approached to undertake an urban design assessment as a part of resource consent application for a new Burger Bar proposed in Waipukurau.

The resource consent application was for the establishment of a Burger Bar within the central business precinct of Waipukurau run out of a fully serviced and fitted out shipping container. 

The site includes outdoor dining areas, both licensed and unlicensed, car parking to the rear and a detached toilet block located behind the container. The application was consented and the site is up and running. The Burger Bar, named Two Taniwha Kitchen and Bar offers a variety of food and beverages.
