Project Manager

After graduating from the University of Auckland with a Master of Planning Practice (MPlanPrac) in 2010, Sam lived overseas where he worked in both Hong Kong and Melbourne in a variety of challenging project management roles in the commercial and construction industries.

Sam has gained valuable experience having worked on large projects ranging from master planning in Asia through to construction project management for an Australian builder. Sam has a diverse skillset in property design and the built environment, town planning, account management, and project management.

Upon returning to New Zealand Sam worked for a local authority managing and providing oversight on Council’s residential greenfield growth programme and other strategic frameworks. His time spent within the local public sector has proven invaluable to his crossover into the New Zealand private development area.

Sam works with the Development Nous team as a Project Manager involved in projects from inception to completion, taking clients and consultants step by step through the development processes.
