Development Nous was employed by PetStock to undertake the Resource Consent application to establish a new 'Petstock' pet store within Unit N8 of the The Park Mega Centre, Karamu Road, Hastings. DNL also provided building set out for Gemco Construction.

Petstock is a retail store for pet supplies which also includes an on site vet clinic and surgery, dog grooming services and a puppy school. 

Development Nous obtained resource consent in 2017 and the building was constructed shortly after.
