ONE Havelock Road
Development Nous has completed resource consent, topographic surveying and preliminary civil documentation for the ONE Havelock development, the newest commercial development located at the gateway to Havelock North Village.
The site encompasses properties at 57, 61, 63 and 65 Havelock Road. The proposed building, designed by Neil Fenwick Architects, will provide Havelock North Village with a new three storey commercial development and associated car park situated amongst existing tree canopies adjacent the Karamu Stream corridor and Anderson Park.
Resource consent was granted by Hastings District Council in 2018.
