Development Nous was a key consultant for the Kainga Ora Homes and Communities Emergency Housing 4 lot subdivision recently constructed on Hinau Street, Hastings. Development Nous completed a range of tasks including topographical survey, Civil Engineering design and documentation, land use and subdivsion resource consent documentation and lodgment, UAV mapping and photography, and land transfer surveying.

Consent was received from Hastings District Council mid August 2018 and construction was completed December 2018, with the titles process following construction.
