Kelvin is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in project delivery. Kelvin is Director and Principal structural Engineer for Development Nous where he is directly involved in the delivery of Structural Engineering projects.

Kelvin is a technical expert who enjoys the challenge of technically difficult projects and he enjoys the day-to-day challenges involved in delivering complex structural engineering projects. 

Kelvin prides himself on delivering a personal and cost-effective service to customers. His excellent communication and cooperation skills are invaluable in ensuring client satisfaction and creating a positive work environment.

Prior to becoming a Director at Development Nous Kelvin and wife Rachel founded boutique Structural Engineering firm Design Phase has been a leading Hawkes Bay company for the last 12 year. Kelvin and Rachel merged Design Phase with Development Nous in 2022.
