Development Nous undertook the Resource Consent and site survey aspects for the new Hastings Health Centre located on St Aubyn Street in Hastings. Planning applications covered the landuse components of the proposed facility as well as the subdivision of the existing Totara Health/ Bunnings property to allow for construction of the 3 storey building. 

The building, designed by HDT Architects, provides state of the art facilities that are an asset to the community. The site is easily accessible with off road car parking to the rear of the building. 

The building construction was completed by Gemco in early 2019.
