In 2017 Development Nous was engaged to undertake design, planning, survey, construction consultation and project management services for the two neighbouring sites at 240 and 250 Guppy Road Taradale to create 73 new residential lots within the greenfield site. 

Guppy Road bounds the site to the west and State Highway 50 bounds the site to the east. The site is on the eastern fringes of Taradale with much of the land to the west of the site predominantly comprised of residential dwellings.  

The civil construction component of the project was completed in late 2018 with final Council sign off given in early 2019.
