In 2019 Development Nous lodged the Brookvale Road and Romanes Drive Structure Plan and Resource Consent application for the initial development of Stage 1 (Area A) including the commencement of the wider Structure Plan infrastructure. The proposed Structure Plan includes provision for approximately 600 mixed density residential lots to be delivered by 2030.
For the 3 years leading up to approval Development Nous was responsible for town planning, urban and civil design and consultation as well as lodging the appeal and working with council to draft the new zone rules.
The first part of the structure plan to be undertaken will include 103 residential lots to be rolled out over 5 years. Stage 1 includes 2 existing dwellings and 6 proposed lots fronting Brookvale Road and will be completed mid 2021.
Stage 2 is currently under construction and expected to finish in mid 2023.
