In 2017 Development Nous Planning, Civil Engineering and Survey team undertook the subdivision design, planning and implementation of the 8 Lot subdivision of land at 178 Guppy Road, Taradale. 178 Guppy Road originally encompassed an existing residential dwelling is and numerous detached implement sheds and a disused bird avery. 

The 8 residential lots were designed to be accessed and serviced via a single-entry access lot along the northern boundary. The residential sites created by this subdivision range in size from 335m² and 362m². 

The subdivision consent was approved by Napier City Council in February 2018 and the subdivision and civil construction was completed in late 2020. 

Multiple residential dwellings are now built and occupied.
