Civil Technician

Tiaan joined the Development Nous in 2024 while completing his degree in Civil Engineering.

During Tiaan’s academic studies he has worked with several construction companies to gain valuable experience. Tiaan has worked as construction manager at a property development company gaining hands on site experience and developing client relationships. Tiaan has enjoyed transitioning to the consulting realm with Development Nous.

Tiaan works with our South African civil engineering team undertaking and has worked on a range of projects including undertaking 3 waters and road infrastructure design and documentation for Iona Development and Brooklands North in Havelock North.
