Graduate Planner

Jasper joined Development Nous in August 2022 to undertake work experience while finishing his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning at the University of Waikato. Since joining DNL he has assisted the planning team with Resource Consent applications, research, and review of Strategic and Spatial Planning Frameworks and local Council plan changes.

Some of Jaspers major assignments at university included mapping in ArcGIS to study mitigation measures for existing urban planning challenges including sustainable land development, transit accessibility and walkability. He also undertook preparation of Resource Consent applications and Assessment of Environmental Effects under the Resource Management Act 1991.

Jasper has completed his degree and will Graduate in 2023.
